Growing up in Bahawalnagar, I was always among the top students in my classes. Back then, if you were a high achiever, everyone assumed you would either be a doctor or an engineer. Without professional guidance, I chose Electrical Engineering simply because it was in trend and I had no other clear options.

Over time, I realized my real enthusiasm lay elsewhere, and I often thought, "If there had been proper career counseling, maybe I would have found my perfect fit sooner." That thought stayed with me long after I earned my degree.

In my conversations with students from schools, colleges, and universities, I realized that this problem was far more widespread than I had initially thought. Determined to help, I honed my skills to become a professional career counselor. Beginning in Bahawalnagar, I have since guided students across Pakistan, the Middle East, and America, helping them navigate their career paths.

I noticed that even today, many students follow trends or family advice instead of discovering careers that match their interests, personalities, and aptitudes. That vague process often leads to not making the best decisions, leading to frustration, low performance, and limited job prospects.

Determined to change this, I launched TALASH. It is a platform dedicated to helping students make well-informed decisions about their futures. My goal is to spark a nationwide shift where career choices become intentional, not random. By guiding each student toward a path they truly enjoy, we can foster a generation of confident individuals who strengthen Pakistan.
